Initial Membership Fee - $50.00 (New Members Only)
Two Saturdays per Month - $100.00 per Month
Tuesday Night Classes Only - $80.00 per Month
Tuesday Night Classes and Saturday Class - $110.00 per Month (Must Attend First Saturday Session)
Saturday Seminar Only - $50.00 Members/$60.00 Non-Members
Elite Membership (All Classes/Seminar) - $150.00 per Month
Private Instruction - $100.00 per Hour (By Appointment Only)
Semi-Private Instruction (2 people or more) - $60.00 per Hour/per Person (By Appointment Only)
Three Day Training Camps - $250.00
Week Long Training Camps - $500.00
H.I.T. Training - $100.00 per Hour (Minimum Four Hours)
Family Discounts Special discounts are available when two or more members of the same family join. One member pays full price, then each additional member of the same family pays half the normal training fee. This discount applies to husband/wife, parent/child, brother/sister, etc., as well as boyfriend/girlfriend. The only stipulation that applies here is that all members must participate in the same selected program.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Class dues are to be paid at the end of each month, by the last class of the month, and you are paying in advance for the next month of training. All members, regardless of starting date, are to abide by this payment schedule. You are expected to pay your membership dues on time and in the case where you are late (past the last day of the month), a $10.00 late charge applies, and this must be paid NO EXCEPTIONS!
PAYMENT METHODS/OPTIONS
All payments for training and merchandise purchased from Sifu Davis are to be paid for IN CASH or by U.S. Postal Money Order. No checks please! An alternative method is payment online through Paypal, but should not be used unless absolutely necessary! Discuss this in person with Sifu Davis if this payment method is necessary.
